| Bio: | I am married, and a mom to a beautiful 19 year old daughter who like me, loves to create! We love to do DIY style clothing, and have a lot of other hobbies I will mention later. We live in the beautiful Niagara region, the heart of Niagara Wine Country. I wanted to make this journal to meet and communicate with other people who have similar interests to mine, and just generally make friends! We are a big pet lovers household here, with 2 dogs, a Boston Terrier named Petey and a Rottweiler Lab cross named Lucky. Our 3 cats are named Kiwi, Martini and Lily. Obviously never a dull moment here! I love old Bette Davis movies, and pretty much anything except most science fiction and total bloodbath slasher movies. I am crazy about Stephen King, and I love to read stuff like English history, biographies, self help books, and sometimes just mindless stuff. I love photography and especially love taking photos in places like cemeteries, abandoned buildings, and random stuff that just catches my eye. I love spooky stuff, scary movies, haunted houses, Fort George (which is crazy haunted), prowling through the cemetery at night with Diane and Kate and Doreen, and generally scaring the shit out of myself. My ideal summer day is to go to Lakeside Park, ride the old antique carousel (which is still only 5 cents folks, lol!), and get a nice cool Chai Blended Creme at Starbucks and watch all the people who freqent Starbucks and Chapters. Oh, and browse through the books and magazines without buying anything, lol. I would love to meet other people who have similar interests to mine, or if they just want to expand their horizons and meet new and different people! Bring it on! | |||||
